Se proyecta sobre un local comercial ubicado en la ciudad de Caracas, en la zona de Los Ruices. Con un antiguo uso, convirtiéndolo en las oficinas de una farmacia de medicamentos de alto costo. El programa alberga, 2 salas de reuniones, 2 oficinas de gerencia, almacen y puestos de trabajo operativos.
El alcance a nivel de diseño fue bastante amplio, desde distribución y orden del espacio hasta el interiorismo y el mobiliario a implementar dentro de las areas mencionadas anteriormente.

It is projected on a commercial premises located in the city of Caracas, in the Los Ruices area. With an old use, turning it into the offices of a high-cost drug pharmacy. The program houses 2 meeting rooms, 2 management offices, a warehouse and operational workstations. The scope at the design level was quite wide, from the distribution and order of the space to the interior design and the furniture to be implemented within the areas mentioned above.
